Considered one of the most picturesque lighthouses in the United States, the Split Rock Lighthouse stands tall on the north shore of Lake Superior, Minnesota side. Its dramatic setting atop a 133’ rock cliff captures many an eye and photographer. This iconic lighthouse was the subject matter chosen by my Dad in law, to grace his living room wall. It was my joy to paint this for him.
